GENE dual-arm robot core parts and components including controller, servo drivers, hollow integrate joint and shapes are intentionally designed by GENE Automation. Two 7 axis arms with visual and force transducer makes it as fully closed loop system, with intelligence routing function and also the real co-workers with humans not only an industrial robot. It was widely applied in consumer electronics industry, military industry, food and beverage industry, medical field and research usage. GENE dual-armed robot is agile and flexible for different angle process and assembling for its unique repeat and routing accuracy.


All intentionally Design

The core components of dual-armed collaborative robot including robot controller, hollow all-in-one joint and servo motors are designed by GENE.


Compact size and light weight design make each arm with 18kgs and diameter less than 95mm, 
joint less than 175mm for convenient installation and space saving.

One More Axis to Avoid Dead End

7 axis design makes it different from traditional 6 axis industry robot. 
It is capable to work at complex environment. 

Modular Design
The hollow modular design at each joints make the robot arms much smaller, and facilitate the robot's routing for assemble task and maintenance.

Dual Arms Cooperation
The outstanding advantage of two-arms 7 DOF robots is its flexible collaborative work for space, gestures and collaboration methods. It could make multi-objective optimization based on optimal collaboration, best sport performance, minimum energy consumption in selected workspace. 

Smart feedback closed loop
Sensor information such as machine vision and force sensing is directly compensated to real-time motion control to realize intelligent closed-loop control of the end of the tool, which can realize complex applications that cannot be realized by traditional industrial robots, and has powerful application interaction capabilities, forming people and machines, Multiple coordination capabilities between environments.

220V and 48V dual power supply system

220V AC alternating power supply and 48V DC supply for different application requirement includes mobile platform.
